We want your Siân jewellery to be worn, loved and lived in.

That's why every piece is covered by our 12-Month Promise from the date of purchase.

If your jewellery tarnishes or breaks within 12 months during normal everyday wear, we'll replace the item free of charge.

What's covered

Our 12-Month Promise covers:

• Tarnishing that occurs during normal everyday wear
• Breakage or faults that occur during normal everyday use
• Manufacturing faults identified within 12 months of purchase

Where possible, we'll replace your item with the same piece. If the item is no longer available, we may offer a suitable alternative of a similar value.

What isn't covered

The 12-Month Promise does not cover:

• Lost or stolen jewellery
• Accidental damage
• Damage caused by misuse, excessive force or improper storage
• Scratches, dents or general signs of wear
• Discolouration or damage caused by contact with harsh chemicals or abrasive substances, including bleach, bicarbonate of soda and salt-based baths or cleaning solutions
• Damage caused by alterations or repairs carried out by a third party

Replacements and refunds

The 12-Month Promise provides a replacement only.

Refunds are not available under the 12-Month Promise once the standard 7-day returns period has passed.

Your usual return rights during the first 7 days of purchase remain separate from this promise and are subject to our Returns Policy.

How to make a claim

If you experience an issue with your jewellery within 12 months of purchase, email us at info@sianjewellery.com with:

• Your name
• Order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item

We'll review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.

A final note

Our jewellery is designed for repeat wear, but like all fashion jewellery, it should still be treated with care.
